	White Lions of Shaolin - Under the leadership and guidance of Sifu George Giatrakis, this school has helped many people develop inner strength and confidence while promoting better health.  Choy Li Fut kung fu emphasizes powerful strikes and precise footwork, and teaches the student morality, duty, and respect.
	Tricks Tutorials - Tricks Tutorials was my introduction into tricking, which the site defines as "an aesthetic blend of flips, twists, and kicks."  I learned how to perfect my backflip from this site, and once I did, it was over.
MCP Fire Staff	MCP Fire Staff Tutorials - This is the site where I picked up most of my staff spinning skills. A lot of online tutorials for contact and doubles, and a ton of links to other sites as well.
BARD
